In 1991, Mumbai witnessed the birth of the Personality Development Academy. Founded by Neerav, a trailblazer in the field, the academy began as a response to his own transformative journey. A young engineering graduate from Vadodara's MS University, Neerav faced a formidable challenge in Mumbai – mastering English within a month, or else risking his job. Despite being a top-ranking metallurgy student, English eluded him. Determined, he joined public speaking courses and realized his dreams.
